Prototype to live

Got a prototype that needs to be event-ready? We can help.

Has a client come to you with a demo that needs to be made event-ready?
Has your team created a prototype that needs to be turned into a reliable application that delivers results?
We’re the experts who can help. We offer free project auditing with detailed quotes and recommendations.

The last stretch

What a prototype usually can’t do yet is run for eight hours on hardware nobody tested, with a queue of guests and no developer in the room. That last stretch is our job. We keep what you built and fix what won’t hold.

What we check

  • On site
    • Keeps running when the Wi-Fi drops, and when it comes back
    • Restarts by itself after a crash
    • Locked kiosk mode, nothing to close by accident
    • Tested on the actual screens, cameras and sensors
  • Under real use
    • Speed and pacing with the final content, not test images
    • Guests per hour, and what happens when a queue forms
    • Memory and stability over a full day
    • The whole interface walked through end to end
    • Rough handling: mistaps, double taps, two people at once
  • Data and security
    • No API keys or passwords in the page; they sit server side
    • Guest data stored, kept and deleted the way local law requires
    • Consent collected where it is needed, and only there
  • Running it
    • Back-end controls and storage set up and handed over
    • Content your team can update without a developer
    • Every language the event needs
    • Accessibility controls
  • What your client will ask for
    • Metrics and KPIs captured as they happen
    • The brand applied the same way everywhere
    • A report after the event
  • During the event
    • Someone on site when it matters
    • On call the rest of the time
    • Logs and remote monitoring while the doors are open

How it works

  1. 1AuditThree working days, freeWe run the prototype, read the code, and test it on the target hardware if it’s available. You get a short written report: what holds, what breaks, what it costs to fix, and a fixed quote for the work.
  2. 2HardeningFixed price and date, set by the auditWe change only what has to change. You get a build to test every week, so nothing comes as a surprise on the install day.
  3. 3LiveInstall, event, handoverWe install it, stay on site or on call during the event, and hand it over so your team can run it after we leave.

Happening now

For a creative studio’s event with a global tech brand, the art director built a working prototype with Claude. Instead of starting again, we were asked to harden it, polish it and run it on site.

Why us

We have been building interactive installations since 2012: more than 400 projects for brands, agencies and museums. Our mixed-reality galleries in Paris and London have run daily for years, and we have built countless trade show activations. We have teams in Tokyo, Paris, and Los Angeles.

Send us the prototype and a date
We’ll tell you within a couple of days what it takes.

Our team is based in the US, Europe and Asia, with hubs in Los Angeles, Paris and Tokyo.

Also, we travel.
