Chanel - Chanel Rouge Coco Virtual Exhibition

Chanel wanted its Rouge Coco exhibition available as something a boutique team could walk through on a screen, anywhere, rather than only as a physical space in one city. It became a training tool: the same exhibition, the same story, available to every store.

The visitor enters through the façade and moves room by room through the discovery of the line, the history behind it, the people around it and the heart of Rouge Coco itself, with wall panels, details that open on roll-over, film, and a floorplan in the corner so nobody gets lost. The whole thing was made to feel like a Chanel space rather than a piece of software, which is where most of the work went.

It shipped with an editor so Chanel's own teams could rewrite and translate every wall without coming back to us, and it ran either on a laptop or projected on a wall for a room of people.
